In this talk I present our study of shift current(SC) response in twisted bi-layer(TBG) and twisted tri-layer graphene (TTG). We found that TTG as an ideal platform for the observation of a highly controllable SC conductivity in the THz/infrared frequency regime. At small angle it is possible to promotes the far-infrared THz SC up to orders of 10^4 μA nm V−2 and robust mid-infrared SC in orders of 102 μA nm V−2 .
