Here my new presentation on “Shift current from models to ab-initio”. In this presentation I discuss our recent results on shift-current in twisted 3-layer graphene and Janus Monolayer Transition-Metal Dichalcogenides. In the first work we highlight the importance of density of state plus quantum geometric effects for the SC generaiton, while in the second we study the role of exciton on SC response.
These result were obtained in collaboration with: Myrta Gruning, Yuncheng Mao, Diego Garcia Ovale et Ju Zhou.
